Pre‑Order Policy
Some of our most popular items sell out quickly. When this happens, we offer them on pre‑order so you can secure your favourite item before the next restock arrives.
How Pre‑Orders Work
- Items marked as pre‑order are sold‑out pieces that we are restocking.
- Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase to reserve your item.
- You will receive an accurate ETA within 24 hours of placing your pre‑order.
- Pre‑order items typically take up to 30 days to be shipped to you.
Cancellations
- You may cancel your pre‑order within 48 hours of placing it.
- After 48 hours, we cannot cancel, as fulfilment and production processes will have already begun.
Returns
- You still have the legal right to return your pre‑order item once you receive it, following our standard returns policy.
Shipping Timeframes
- Standard UK Shipping: Once the item arrives in our warehouse, delivery takes 3–5 working days.
- Next‑Day UK Delivery: Once the item arrives in our warehouse, delivery should take place on the following day.
