Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
How to Start a Return
(For both UK and international orders)
Email us at support@vestida.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are not covered by VESTIDA UK.
- We recommend using your local post office with a tracked service.
Domestic Returns (UK)
- Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
EU & International Orders – Important Information
We now ship to selected countries in the EU, USA, Canada, and Australia.
Please note:
- Orders shipped outside the UK (including to the EU) may be subject to import duties, taxes, and handling fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
- We strongly recommend checking your country’s import policies before placing an order.
- Any additional customs fees or taxes incurred upon arrival are not covered by VESTIDA UK.
- Return shipping costs for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
